On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note we accept payment online through the Resident Portal, checks, cashiers checks, and E-money orders. Cash and paper money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/01/2025. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee or Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance. Please see attached flyer for more detail.

Each unit must have one resident register with LADWP for electricity service. To set up your account, call 1-800-342-5397 or visit www.ladwp.com. Please ensure service begins on your move-in date. You must provide your LADWP account number (issued after setup) in order to pick up your keys.

Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application. Once your PetScreening profile is complete, please visit your resident portal and upload your Pet Profile in order to pick up keys.
