How to Qualify
We strive to make the application process as easy as possible for our international student residents. The necessary steps to qualify include:
- Completing our online application.
- Paying the required application fee and security deposit.
- Providing a valid passport and I-20 or admission documentation if applicable.

A Walkable Community
Most students living at Icon Plaza walk, take the Metro, use Uber or Lyft, or use public transportation to get to campus. While we do provide on-site parking for an additional monthly cost, most residents do not need a car because Icon Plaza is just across the street from USC campus.
Within walking distance of our property is USC campus, as well as various grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, and restaurants. Also nearby is a Starbucks, USPS location, and the USC Village, which is a go-to spot for everyday necessities.
